The Role
You decide which companies Sales should be talking to, build the case for why, and make sure those leads actually get worked. This is a very hands-on role with real firepower behind it: a strong technical team, top data providers, and serious AI and automation resources. You are not building everything alone. You direct it, design the process, and own the result.
This is an internal role. You do not cold-call prospects. You arm Sales with sharp, contextual leads, and you hold them accountable for following through.
In practice, you will
Own the process. Design and run Greenstep's signal-to-pipeline engine. You decide what we track, how raw signals become qualified accounts, and how those accounts reach Sales. With our tech team and data providers behind you, you build it to be repeatable, not heroic.
Hunt for signals. Track the triggers that mean a company is ready to talk: leadership changes, funding rounds, regulatory shifts, tech-stack moves, corporate filings, intent data, and manual research. Point our tooling and data sources at the right targets.
Turn signals into leads. Hand Sales qualified account lists, each with a clear, specific reason to reach out. No generic lists. They should know exactly why this company, exactly now.
Hold Sales accountable. Close the loop. Track which leads get worked, what converts, and what gets ignored. Report on it plainly and keep the bar high. The leads are only worth something if they get acted on.
Bonus: test the hooks. If you can run your own experiments, testing different reasons-to-reach-out across GTM motions and ICPs to see what actually converts, that moves you to the top of the pile
Requirements
Very hands-on. You build and run, not just plan and delegate. You move first and refine with real data.
High agency. You take the lead, make the calls, and own the outcome without being told how.
Tech-savvy by default. You know the B2B intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Vainu, and similar) and you are comfortable directing automation, AI, and data tooling to do the heavy lifting. New tool drops? You have already tried it.
Backbone. You can sit across from Sales and hold them to the process without flinching.
Business sense. You understand how companies operate, how they are structured financially, and where the operational pain lives across industries.
Curious and investigative. You like businesses, you enjoy the angle others miss, and you have the judgment to know which signal actually matters.
You are located in Finland and speak fluent english.
You sit inside an 800-person consultancy serving 3,000+ clients across the Nordics and Europe, with a genuinely strong technical team, premium data providers, and real AI and automation resources behind you. We build our own software and use these tools for actual work, so you spend your time on judgment and conversion, not fighting old systems.
