Greenstep is a family-owned company that is known in the market both for its first-class services and as a reliable and stable employer. Our aim is to do as much good as possible, which we achieve through our sustainable business model.

Our sustainability program
Our goal is to do as much good as possible, which is why we live by our sustainable values. Our sustainability programme includes:
- An investment plan: In 2021, Greenstep committed to invest at least 10% of our annual net profit in renewable energy - the target is to invest a total of 5M€. So far (2024) we've invested 4M€ which is 14% of our net profit (20/21-23/24).
- Together-result bonus program where 10% of Greenstep's annual profit is distributed equally to our employees, regardless of their role.
Employee training
Greenstep Academy deepens and develops Greenstepers' skills and knowledge in all stages of their careers and provides various valuable opportunities for career advancement.
