Your main responsibilities:
As a Global Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales initiatives on a global scale. Let your enthusiasm and expertise lead the way in expanding our global footprint, creating opportunities, and making a lasting impact in the market. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Outbound Sales: Fuel your passion and relentless drive to achieve results by actively connecting with growth companies worldwide. Your energy and determination will inspire awareness of our services, highlighting the potential for Nordic companies to scale and thrive.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including large corporations and global funds. Also, identify and explore potential business opportunities, presenting tailored financial and technology solutions.
- Process Optimization & collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to understand and optimize service delivery processes. And work closely with marketing, finance, and technical teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and client strategies.
What kind of background helps you succeed?
- Proven track record of success in global outbound sales, specifically within large company financial and technology services. This role is suited for a seasoned professional.
- Demonstrable experience in process optimization and sales strategy development.
- Passion for success and courage to find new solutions for customers.

You can build innovative and future-oriented solutions and deliver with an ambitious approach. - Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English. Your main working language is English. We expect strong proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
- Outstanding sales and negotiation skills. Your approach is solution-focused, and you can find the right resolutions and mutual understanding with various clients.
- Advanced skills in creating sales presentations for customers. You are sharp and creative in your approach, as well as precise in your written communication.
- Strong social skills and networking expertise. You operate smoothly in multicultural environments and naturally find a harmonious connection with different people.
Willingness to travel globally is needed to engage with clients and attend industry events. You are excited about working at the customer interface and genuinely want to help clients find exactly the right solutions for their needs.
