We are looking for skilled AI Data Engineer to join our versatile and experienced Analytics team. You will be working for a portfolio of companies, as well as on a variety of project based work!

Who would you be working with?

Since 2010, we have grown to over 700 people, over three thousand customers, and we are continuing our organic growth! We provide the full spectrum of financial services, from accounting to interim CFO’s for some of the fastest growing companies in Finland. Everyone works closely together, meaning you will be working with other CFO’s, accountants, payroll specialists, HR-specialists, Systems and Integrations Specialists, but most importantly, with great customers. We care for our customers so much, that we have even invested in 20+ of our customers and our personnel fund has also invested in some more of them.

Our data team consists of over 50 professionals and we are divided into front-end and back-end teams. In this role, you'd be closely working with our Data Engineers.

The Role

As an AI Data Engineer you:

• Develop and deploy AI solutions and features on top of LLM's.
• Work closely with our Custom AI Chatbot solution and other service lines to create the best indexes. You train AI models, call functions through AI, visualize vector indexes and get insights.
• Continuously develop our AI know-how.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in data-related customer work, project management or consultancy.
• Prior hands-on experience with IT or programming
• Tools you should know: Python, Azure, SQL/No-SQL and APIs.
• Great to have additional skills: Experience with Fastapi, Kubernetes, Terraform, Typescript, JavaScript and React is also highly beneficial.
• Fluent in English, Finnish or Swedish – proficiency in other languages is appreciated.
