Your role as a Sales & Growth Manager
You will be working with B2B sales and development of Greenstep services here in Estonia. You'll work with the sales process from analyzing market potential to finding new innovative ways to grow our customer base while offering valuable solutions to customers and their business. In this role you are a part of different processes that apart from sales will include company's marketing and growth strategy. In addition to expanding Greenstep as a partner for Estonian companies you will be a part of our local operations.
What do we expect from our future team member?
You have the desire to act as a key person as part of our Tallinn team, but you also know how to work independently and can manage several processes in both the long and short term at the same time. To succeed, you need to be results driven and have courageous approach - you are passionate about turning your networking into business. You already have existing connections to work with or expert knowledge in financial services business.
You have:
- Financial management or accounting experience and understanding.
- Related higher education in economics, business administration or accounting.
- Desire to take initiative independently and motivation to succeed.
- Fluent communication both in Estonian and English, every other language is just a bonus.
- Goal-oriented way of thinking and you actively find new innovative ways of working.
- Can-do attitude!
