CFO's / Controller's role in Greenstep
At Greenstep, CFOs and Controllers work as consultants. It enables the continuous development of competence in organizations of different sizes and in different industries.
Some of the assignments of CFOs and Controllers are longer-term, depending on the needs of the client organization. On the other hand, our consultants can also jump into the client organization temporarily as CFO when, for example, the previous in-house CFO has resigned and it takes some time to hire a new one. In this case, we are talking about Interim CFO / Controllers.
Our part-time controller / CFO service is designed to help companies that do not yet need a full-time financial management employee. This means that our CFO and Controller may work in a couple of organizations at the same time.
