Employment type: Full-time, start date September / mutually agreed
Compensation model: Monthly fixed salary + yearly bonus model

As we expand into Denmark, we are looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to join us at a very early stage. You will be our second team member in Denmark, playing a key role in building our presence and shaping the future of our business locally. You will work closely with our 100-person Nordic analytics and BI organization, while having the autonomy and influence of an early hire in a new market.

We are now looking for an ambitious and experienced sales professional to join our growth journey and help build our international business, especially within data & analytics and transformation projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our experienced specialists and bring our unique solutions to customers. We hope you'll get to kick-start your Greenstep career with BI & Analytics and different data-driven transformation project Sales, but as you gain more experience and get more familiar with our organization, you'll get a chance to expand your sales scope to other Greenstep services!
What you’ll do
Drive New business acquisition locally - you'll represent Greenstep in a new business area, and work mainly with smaller-scale businesses in the beginning. As we grow in Denmark, you, as a sales professional and a potential clientele, grow as well.
Build and maintain effective sales and customer management practices together with the sales team.
Lead sales processes end-to-end, leveraging Greenstep experts whenever needed.
Act as an ambassador for our growth locally, ensuring Greenstep is known in the Danish market.
What we’re looking for someone who:
Has experience in selling SaaS products, data & analytics solutions, or larger data-driven transformation projects within B2B.
Strong interest in BI & analytics solutions — previous experience working in BI & Analytics is valuable, but motivation and curiosity matter even more.
Ability to work independently with responsibility for your own sales pipeline, while also contributing to the development of the wider business.
Excellent communication skills in English and Danish. Other language skills, especially within Nordic languages, are seen as an advantage.
Enjoy networking, building trust, and working with people. You listen to customers, understand their needs, and find solutions that deliver value. We appreciate a broad network within our service area.
A proactive, goal-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for developing new approaches, trying new ideas, and taking ownership.
As Greenstep is a large-scale consultancy company, especially focused on providing financial services, skills and background within accounting or financial management are highly appreciated.
