As a NetSuite Developer, you will be involved in both new NetSuite environment implementation projects and the further development and enhancement of existing environments. The role combines a deep understanding of business processes, strong routines in development processes, and logical and analytical thinking. You will also have the opportunity to leverage your solid JavaScript expertise extensively. As a developer, you will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders. The ability to communicate technical solutions clearly to different audiences will help you succeed in this role.
Your role as a NetSuite Developer will focus particularly on the following tasks:
- Designing, implementing, and documenting technical solutions. You will work closely with customers to design the most suitable solutions.
- Technical consulting.
- Collaboration and communication with your own team.

The week includes reviewing and advancing ongoing projects with the team and customers, as well as supporting customers with various questions. I consult customers in situations where their process development requires technical development or customization, or when they have acquired new services that need to be integrated into the ERP. You can influence your own workload, and developing and streamlining work practices is allowed—even encouraged. And sometimes, you just need to remember to sip some coffee and eat a couple of cookies, sit back, and take a moment.
What do we expect from our future team member?
- Previous experience in NetSuite development—we are looking for a skilled colleague to support the team’s growth, someone who already has experience working independently with NetSuite.
- Strong JavaScript and database skills. You are also familiar with version control and CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of basic business processes.
- Fluent communication in English, as it is the team’s common working language. Other language skills (e.g., Nordic languages) are seen as an advantage.
- Strong time management skills and an organized approach to work.
It is an advantage if you have experience in system integration development, working as a consultant, independently managing projects, and working with other ERP systems.
