We are now looking for a passionate and hands-on Lead Product Designer to turn visions into products fast - someone who wants to shape several products that make workflows easier and more efficient. There is plenty of room to influence the product, the process, and the team’s culture from day one. If you love generating and developing ideas, working in fast cycles, and turning messy problems into clean, intuitive systems, you’ll fit right in.

We move quickly, experiment often, and care deeply about the efficiency. In this role, you will own the end-to-end design direction, work tightly with product and engineering, and help us build scalable foundations while still moving fast. You get energy from turning complex, data-driven challenges into simple, usable flows. This role is based in our Espoo headquarters.

Your main responsibilities:

• Bring consistency across a diverse software ecosystem with multiple products.
• Unite teams and ensure deliveries align with the shared vision.
• Push boundaries and accelerate development with tools like Lovable, Cursor, and AI design assistants.
• Mentor and empower others to shape a culture that’s curious, collaborative, and ready to build.

Your experience and background:

• At minimum 5 years of related experience in designing digital products, ideally in B2B or SaaS businesses.
• Proven experience designing complex systems - not just screens.
• Strong collaboration instincts: you work seamlessly with developers, business stakeholders, and designers alike..
• Comfortable working in ambiguity while delivering high-quality, agile results.
• A love for new tools, new workflows, and smarter ways of building
• Figma is essential, but not enough anymore. You should embrace tools like Lovable and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience with Fintech solutions is an advantage. 
• Excellent communication skills in English; Finnish or Swedish is considered a plus.
