We are currently seeking a skilled Oracle ERP Financials Consultant to join our talented team and help our clients enhance their financial operations.

As an Oracle ERP Financials Consultant, your primary role will involve the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Financials modules for our clients. Leveraging your expertise, you will assist organizations in refining their financial workflows, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, and maximizing the return on their ERP investments. We're looking for a consultant with experience in the ERP Financials module (including GL, Payables, Receivables, Accounting Hub, and Revenue Management).

At Greenstep, you will be part of a developing team and the early stages of our business. You will have the opportunity to influence the team's growth and be involved from the beginning in delivering a new service. We hope you bring enthusiasm and capability for sales activities in the business, supported by your team. You will actively participate as part of the project team in system implementations and work closely with other specialists, and the project manager. 

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Oracle Financials modules, (including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting Hub, and Revenue Management) and configure the system to align with client-specific financial requirements and industry best practices.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives and offer guidance on Oracle Financials functionalities and reporting capabilities
• Analyze client financial processes and provide improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Your experience and background:

• Proven experience in Oracle Cloud ERP – Financials end-to-end implementations. We hope you have at least 3-4 years’ experience. Possible certifications with the system are seen as an advantage. 
• Solid understanding of business processes in various industries and familiarity with financial modules and compliance requirements. Our clients operate across various industries, allowing you to utilize your skills and knowledge in diverse environments.
• Experience in leading ERP projects and ensuring successful delivery to fulfill the client's needs. Experience with other ERP solutions’ consulting and implementations is considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills. In this role, you'll need to be fluent in English. Skills in Finnish or Swedish language are seen as a great advantage. 
• Skills and enthusiasm to engage in pre-sales activities with new clients.
