Your key Responsibilities as the Head of Group Business Controlling

- Leadership & Organization: Lead, resource, and organize the Business Controlling function to provide high-quality business support in a fast-developing environment.
- Development of Tools & Processes: Drive and lead activities to improve and harmonize management reporting, forecasting, and planning tools and processes across the group to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely Group and Business Unit level operative reporting for results, cash flow, and investments.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Oversee forecasting, and financial performance processes to support strategic decision-making and ensure the financial health of the company.
- Business Support: Collaborate with Business Units to ensure operative reporting and analysis supports decision-making and planning.
- M&A Participation: Participate in M&A projects, including business projections, forecasts, and advising on accounting and, balance sheet implications.
- Sustainability Reporting: Organize taxonomy and CSRD reporting from the Finance side in cooperation with the Sustainability team.

- Experience: You have already gained solid experience in the financial field in relevant positions, e.g. within controlling and financial reporting
- Leadership Skills: You are an approachable and team-oriented person. You have ability to develop, resource, and guide the controlling team to ambitiously enhance the function. Additionally, it is essential to have the ability to lead a team that operates across various locations.
- Business Acumen: You possess a strong business mindset with the ability to manage complex interdependencies and uncertainties while maintaining attention to detail.
- Organizational Skills: You maintain positive relationships, adopt a hands-on and proactive approach, and are comfortable navigating a certain level of ambiguity.
- Communication Skills: You have excellent communication skills to connect and collaborate across different business areas.
- Language Skills: You demonstrate strong interaction and communication skills in English. Proficiency in Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian is advantageous.
In addition, we are seeking willingness to travel occasionally to different locations in the Nordics. In this role, also strong presentation skills are advantageous, especially when discussing financial data with the leadership team. Most importantly you possess a strong sense of initiative and ownership, taking full responsibility for your tasks.
